I got my e75 and men I must tell you it is everything I wanted. I read most of this reviews and was scared at first. But I still went ahead. Trust me E71 has nothing on E75. Perfect network reception. Wireless LAN is perfect. No errors. Thank you NOKIA!

Have sent two of these phones back now - the Signal Stren... moreGo and buy ORIGINAL NOKIA E75. Don't go for the Made in China again. Insist on Original. All you need do is to check the battery compactment panel and the make, i.e. Made in Finland, Hungary, India or Germany. Any of these is okay for your need.
Thank.

my 1st E75 had speaker problems and poor signal
my 2nd E75 would not display the contact name becuase all my contacts are save with my county's international code +961 and it had very poor reception
and now, my 3rd E75 does not display the contact nme because its saved with the international code +961 and it surely has a very poor reception / signal
Am sick of replacing s am just gona use it until something better comes my way.
WHY DOES NOKIA DO THAT?

I have recently gained the e75 on orange in the uk, although had to go through an external dealer to get the phone, as orange were only making the phone available to small business customers.
I am extremely happy with the handset, the email capabilities are phenominal, almost push, as my email is automatically synced every 5 minutes straight to the device.
i would fully recomend this phone as a blackberry alternative, and go as far to say that it is a better business phone all round!

Mize, 19 May 2009Okay, I found the 71-3 on the Aussie site, but can't find i... moreUMTS bands in the USA are a bit of a mess. I believe that they use 850/1900 and also 1700/2100 (T-Mobile USA).
For Asia I think that most countries with fully functioning 3G networks have coverage in the 2100 spectrum (networks in Thailand are running limited trials on 850 or 900 but they may move when the 2100 band becomes available).
I’ve noticed that many new phones for Europe/Asia cover UMTS 900/2100 or UMTS 900/1900/2100. They don’t seem to cover 850 anymore although UMTS 900/1900/2100 would probably be enough for the USA, Europe and Asia.
If you get the 850/2100 version you will probably be alright but you should check frequencies for the networks you think you will use in the USA and the other countries you want to visit.

Millow:
A very popular computer components e-store has the e75 for $399 right now. Just ordered one. I think putting the name up would violate the rules, but the store is tops with computer enthusiasts...

Okay, I found the 71-3 on the Aussie site, but can't find it anywhere in North America.
Also with 850/2100 (no 1900) I'd probably be 3Gless in most of NA since 850 is typically the GSM band, right?

I've never seen a UMTS 850/2100 listed anywhere - can you send a link? I've seen 900/2100 and 850/1900 but never the necessary 850/2100 for both NA and Asia.

E71-1 UMTS 900/2100
E71-3 UMTS 850/2100
In Korea one of these two models should be on sale.
