I would like to see all the mobile devices come with faster processors and memories now since we pay almost the price of a notebook. The processors in all PDA's and smartphones are upto 300MHz which is too low for the price being paid.

Anonymous, 10 Jul 2008Hi, Does anyone had Sony Ericsson P990i and now changed it... moreI was using P990i and loved it touch screen. It's stability issue made me pull my hairs from head as well as multi-tasking and RAM issue.

As far as I see I can't download & save to phone from Mobile Gmail client but view them (mostly common ones).

From GMAIL you have options to configure internal Email Client with POP3 / IMAP so that you can not only download attachments, upload as well... cheers

If you can skip weight/Size its All-in-one-wonder. Its replacement of PC. I mean you have PC in office and don't do programming/development, you don't need a PC at home. Email checking/ Movie viewing/ Internet Browsing / Word Processing / Excel (Need to buy office) / MP3 Player everything excepts DVD play back directly from DVD drive (I really wish I can access DVD/CD from my E90 :( :| )

Not one of Nokia's best communicators, but the functionality is respectable.
For email and data reception it is reasonable and functional. If Nokia had gone just that little bit further it would have been outstanding!! The ability to recieve and transmit Faxes has not been repeated in this version, also missing is the ability to set the time to transmit txt or emails sadly not a facility repeated in this communicator.
I would still recommend it for the email facility and internet capability. but in other respects it is quite limited in speed and comparison to other palm communicators ie the iphone.
Not bad...but could have been memorable!!
