Paid $989. Got it next day. Went thru WElectonics. This device is absolutely amazing but there is one problem, no spell check anywhere (not even after market)!! If ur used responding to many emails or text via ur device and u just fly when typing because if u miss spell something, or if u hit the wrong key and just keep flying because at the end of the message u know ur device won't let u down because of spell check, u may feel like throwing it in the trash. If the E90 ("the busness communicator") had spell check....I would have to say they hung the moon!!!

The E90 is still not available in India, I mean the new batch of supplies, old stock maybe available but too risky to buy those, risking your hard earned money. Nokia when will you stop creating an artificial shortage of things that are acceptable in the market.? It's high time now

I used window PDA and palm for long time. recntly saw this fon is very nice. so I bought one..
after 2 week I use back my O2..
this E90is very good in design. but for office job, a bit worse than O2..
can not syncronize the outlook email
can not syncronize the office data file from PC into it.. so, u have to do it manualy.. if one day we only edit 1 or 2 file its ok, but if have to make many file in one day, then u will confuse which one is the latest file to be over write...
O2 do not have this problem t all...
this fon to down load email, only can select down load header or entire full mail... one u down load a 3 MB file, then u will knew the feeling when end month fon bill arrive. in my country still expensive in gprs or 3g...
o2 can download header only inclusing some kb. so we ca still read the mail without download the 3MB attachment.

this phone is darn expensive, but it's price is definitely justified. Quite simply, in my mind, the best business phone out there. The Sony Ericsson P1 is considerably more affordable and smaller, but the keyboard on this simply trounces anything which a 2 way rocker messaging pad can do. I mean that in no way disrescpect to the P1i - I think sony's improvement in terms of RAM and processor speed, really make it a svelte multimedia/communication device, but at the end of the day with a QVGA screen, which is 2.6" daigonal, you're really limiting yourself in pizel depth. The E90s screens are simply incredible! It's inside screen has practically double the resolution of the iPhone, whilst only being 0.5" bigger, making for amazing pixel clarity! 800x352 is simply phenomenal, and the HSDPA this packs means it can really maximally utilise that screen. This phone's very hard to fault and I definitely think is a big boost of confidence to the 'what-was fading' Communicator series by Nokia

I work here in Tokyo in one of biggest finance securities company as system analyst. My nokia E90 is the object of envy of my colleagues, americans and japanese. they are really amazed of this phone, despite the fact a lot of very good phone available here in tokyo.. but the thing is "the uniqueness and beauty of this piece of technology".. a thumbs up for Nokia E90. price no problem, E90 speaks for it..

I have searched, googled, and even talked to Quickoffice by phone. No luck on spell check. I need spell check, guess thats why I am a scientist (Math|Geologist). I sooo bad want to get away from RIM operating system and get on S60 with qwerty, (windows is too slow). Tried Quickword...then spell checked...copy...past to email, SMS...worked but to much trouble.

Tom are you sure there isn't Symbian software that supports spellcheck. I can see you need it: you spelt professionals incorrectly! Anyway you have made a valid point. The E90 should come with spellcheck as standard. T.A.K. Or any other techno guru, I am puzzled- Nokia note this device as having a dual CPU. Does that mean there are two microprocessors running at 332MHz on the SAME IC? One of them would deal with the Symbian software while the other catered for telephony. Any ideas??
