Is it really so hard to browse without touchscreen? I like the idea of youstick being as the mause pointer for browsing on e90. it sounds more like PC :) And from what i read this youstick simply rules. no touchscreen means better resolution, id would be really hard to make so wide touchscreen.

Why does not Nokia THINK and put a touchscreen on this phone? Nokia has got one of the best displays, even equal to Sony Ericsson and this phone has such an enormous and beautiful screen so why dont they get ahead of SE? Many people like me love using a stylus for features such as browsing. I had 9500 before and hated browsing on it. Then I got a P990 and loved its browsing. So why is Nokia not thinking? They are ruining the user friendliness of an ALMOST perfect phone.

Nokia announced and confirmed that E90 is going to be reliesed, but the exact date hasn't been set yet. I think it is going to be the same as it was with N95 (announced in 9/2006 reliesed in SLOVENIA 5/2007) and with 9500 (announced in 3/2004 reliesed in SLOVENIA in 12/2004). So in avarage 9 months. Here our Nokia dealer said that E90 is going to be reliesed at the end of may, now they say in the middle of June. I really think that E90 is going to be reliesed 8/2007 and here in SLOVENIA 9/2007. But lets hope for 6/2007.

I thinks you guys will agree with me. When GSMArena arena made the announcement as early as in Feruary, many expect this phone to be released latest end of March giving 1 1/2months of grace period.
Until today, not even Nokia dares to commit its official launching and delivery date. There are users of E90 somewhere in this world but these phones are the prototypes. The real ones are with more features than that of the prototypes and definitely hits the market. But when???????

I think the E90 may even challenge Nokia's N95, I just dont know if I cant wait any longer for it. I have been following www.nokia-e90.com , who says the communicator will retail for over a $1000. Worth every penny!

Ok what old freek in hell still uses fax!?! You have eMail now lol. Also for the ones comlaining abaut 2.5mm audio jack instead of 3.5, you can easily put adapter and use 3.5 connector. This mini.laptop will just rock, from what i hear of its battery it can be used for verrry loong..

I would like to touch on HTC phone, particularly Dopod838Pro, as my basis of this comment baecause I am using Dopod838Pro ever since September 2006.
Who ever mentioned about poor multi-tasking is true, as after scrolling 3 more web-page this phone hangs.
Dopod 838Pro uses 128mB RAM and 400mHz CPU. I thought this phone delivers but has failed me on countless occasions. I don't know for sure how E90 can match this as 128Mhz RAM is also incorporated but CPU is 350Mhz slower.
The only exception is Dopod838Pro uses WM5 based as compared to Symbian in E90. If this problems are fixed, then E90 is superior and for that matter, I will change mine when the E90 is readily available. Any feedback on these issues are welcomed.

The E-90 will be available in JULY in the middle east... for the other countries i dont know but it should be at the same time... i have seen the prototype, the thing that i didnt like is that when u open the communicator the inner LCD needs time to light and display the content. but after all it was the PROTOTYPE. so i cant judge from now... and its much better from the 9500, 9300i and 9300 and all the old communicators...

This phone is actually looking really really good.. I just read all the details of the TI OMAP2420 processor and it looks pretty promising, even though it's only clocked @ 330mhz.. Integrated SRAM, dedicated 2d/3d accelerator, decidated imaging video accelerator, and parallel processing architecture just to name a few.. And on top of all of that, it actually has 128MB of system ram - no more running out of memory when using the web browser, or PDA viewing (or both at the same time).
It looks like Nokia is making top notch smartphones right now, and this is definitely one of them. Props.
