Unfortunately, we Lebanese have to suffer with the worst, THE ABSOLUTE WORST Nokia dealer on Earth and a few of the other Planets in our universe... I know more about the E90 now than those rediculous sorry excuse of dealers...

One rarely saw anyone in the past use the communicator here in Asia. Most Asians used PDA's over the Nokia Communicator. I wonder why? But most Arabs in the middle-east used the Nokia Communicator over the PDA in the past. This tells us something..

I have bought many gadgets in the past and currently own a Dopod D810. I have come to a conclusion. One needs a basic phone just for phone calls. Using a PDA/Phone as a phone is one of the most annoying things. Reception and call quality is never as good as a phone. A big phone is inconvenient to carry and use just as a PDA is. When I travel I carry my Fujitsu laptop with me which is a P7010. It is small, portable and has a built in Microphone which is great for Skype. I have a Motorola Maxx V6 which slides into my pocet and is thin and light for basic phone calls and has 3G connection. The Dopod D810 usually goes with me on trips for quick e-mails and web surfing. The new Nokia E90 is too big too be used as just a phone and take with you when you go out at night when travelling. It will not go into your pocket, so heading to a club at night with that E90 will be like having a brick in your Pocket. There will most likely be no MSN Messenger or Skype which most PDA'S have. I like the looks of this new communicator but it does not seem prcactical as your only device when travelling. Walking around with it against your ear is like having a brick against your ear.

Why does Nokia put in a 2.5mm headphone jack when almost all headphones are 3.5mm? The N95 has a 3.5mm jack. So, you will need to buy an adapter to use your favorite 3.5mm headphones.

Also, does this phone has two stereo speakers or just one speaker?

Hello Nokia, thanks for producing tomorrow's mobile office for gadget lovers of today. My only headache with the Nokians is that it takes too long for your productrs to show up in the market place. I suggest your corporate market strategists do something to reduce the market lead-time. Mercy!

Hi, All I want to know is whether this Nokia E90 is better or Imate Jasjar/O2XDA Executive is better ??? Because the processor in Imate Jasjar & O2 XDA Executive is faster then Nokia E90, it seems!!! Plus I also wanted to know whether Symbian OS (in Nokia-E90)is better or the Windows Mobile 5 (in Imate Jasjar/O2XDA Executive) is more good ???

This message is for Ken (The Phone Dealer):
I agree with Ken regarding the fax function which shd be incorporated in the E90. However, lets not forget that the E90, I think, comes with PDF program. Meaning we can convert document to .pdf and send it by email. At least the job is done.
On the other hand, fax is obsolete. Nokia must have valid reasons to scrap the fax function.
One obvious reason, I think is the incorporation of 3G into the phone. To send fax takes longer time and with drop calls it may not be a good idea to incorporate it. Please refer to my earlier comment on drop calls in this column. Thank you

E90 is on Nokia's official website (Findland, Philippines, other European region, etc.)
if you're viewing the US Nokia website (or some other region) they really don't have it. probably it wont be released in that country or will be released late for them.
