in my n95
there was a slight problem in the connection between wire joined to mouth piece
if u on loudspeaker or head phone do u have same probs
i dont think so

Please consider this factors:
-Your Daily usage
-What systems do you run in the phone?
-Battery (New Or Old?)
Some tips to conserve battery life:
-Switch off any screensaver, except for the default one which is a clock that shows on the phone(That is ok)
-If you are in a noisy environment, why turn the ringtones and vibration on at the same time? Use one, but not both. (applies to all phones)
-Wi-Fi: If you are a heavy user of wi-fi, be sure to shut down the wi-fi scanning as well as GPRS when you are done, as these drain the power as well.
-The screen brightness: In both screens you can adjust the screen brightness to one where you are comfortable to see the screen. (Includes the screen outside and inside) Reduce the brightness level.
-Network: (IMPORTANT)
For the E90, we are able to select UMTS/GSM networks, only USE ONE! Do not select both as it drains battery power much faster than normal. ALSO select Manual over automatic search for network, as phones tend to search networks constantly, unless you are crossing the border or something, there is no need for auto-search when finding networks, the manual works well enough.
(NOTE: Please find your OFFICIAL PROVIDER, not one you are neither paying nor using.)
****Batter Maintenance Tips****
For your battery to last longer, follow the following tips (Lithium- Ion Based Batteries Only)
1) Charge only when it shows "Battery Low"
2) Do not overcharge,clean your phone battery contact points with a soft paint brush to remove dirt and dust .
3)Try to use more of "direct phone charging instead of stands or battery charger units" (Means put the battery in the phone and charge it.)
4) Overnight charging is recommended if your battery is low.( not 75% or less than 50 %)
5) Keeping a spare battery is a good idea as well to help you emergencies.
6) Charging is preferred when phones are switched off and charged, not when the phone is on. But either way, it does not harm the battery at all. It gives the phone a time to rest as well as for the battery to charge properly.

You can create a playlist in your Nokia PC Suite, search for the "Music option" in the main menu of PC Suite or you can also built a Music tracklist/ playlist to help you play the songs you want in a defined genre or preference. Hope it helps =).

I recommend that you seek the repair from an official nokia service center in your country.
If you find it too expensive, you need time to save up, i recommend you plug in your wired earpiece or a bluetooth and attempt to make a call or receive a call and see if the person can hear you.
Generally, such a sophisticated phone requires delicate handling. Please be careful next time.

my nokia e90 fell down from a mere bed height n after this i started facing this problem that if anybody called me or i made a call,i was able to hear the person at the other end clearly but they were not able hear my voice...can anybody provide solution to this problem?i want to keep nokia care as the last option...

after a massive chack up i have to add something;

a great portable device, you dont have to buy a netbook, cos its a netbook.
a brilliant screen, user interface of symbian is much more beautiful than windows, palm, blackberry.

a great keyped, its easier to type a message rather then any other phone.
a brilliant sound, music player is not so bad. you can be a portable pimp by buying a sennheiser bluetooth stereo headset.
fine quailty product, while you are holding it in your hand, people may think its a part of a cadillac(maybe because of its size but no matter.)

bad battery life, you should get a second extra battery.
the outer side of the phone didnt designed well. i bet its not designed by the designers of inner side of the phone. because that part of the jungle is perfect.

Everthing perfect in this handset but only processor is slow. It may improve in new firmware version. But once you invest a lot in this expensive handset you expect more.

I am much passionate and feel very proud to keep this phone. E-90 is the best phone in this earth at this time and strongly recommend and slute to Nokia comapny for invent this un beatable gadget.

some menu icons not open and hang and restart after installation of latest firmware version maybe.
