does anyone know about an upgrade in the communicator series perhaps later in the year? I am considering the e55 since my e90 was stolen recently, but if nokia is going to be releasing a new communicator I will definitely wait

GEM! The E90 won't appeal to everyone, but for those who want a pocketable substitute for a netbook, there is simply nothing else like it. I regularly use it for web surfing, streaming audio, voip calling, gps navigation, recording interviews (both live and calls), working with MS Office docs, taking photos and video, email, and even share my data connection out over wifi. It can't be beat. I'm also learning how to program in python on it.

Simply the best phone i have had. I havent had many but the options were there, from htcs,samsungs and other high end phones nokia and the e90 is the best. it has an unstopable force of infornmaton and with it your never board. the only thing i dislike about it is the fact that i get carried away with time on it and the accerseries are difficult to find if lost, i still love it to bits.

after updating its software to ver3 my memory card became encrypted and i don't know what password should i input to get my data back again previously the memory card had never been encrypted please help

Nokia should 've improved the Communicator OS even if its symbian ! but what they done is a simple stupid OS in a Big Fat Shape !! which did not differentiate the E90 in any way !
i was disappointed with the OS !"

salman, 25 Mar 2009thanks abdul...but which software 2 install in memory card?... moresalman , check your firmware by dialing *#0000#. try to keep your phone memory as free as possible . instal any software on memory card. daily once switch off n on to clear memory hang ups.
make best use of it . search software in google.com
