Does anyone know when the new communicator out? I dont want the N97, I want a real E version, not a toy.

I'm using 9300i Communicator
it has a " communicator OS " its different , smart and complicated,
Nokia should 've improved the Communicator OS even if its symbian ! but what they done is a simple stupid OS in a Big Fat Shape !! which did not differentiate the E90 in any way !
i was disappointed with the OS !

When buying the E90 ask the seller to give you the production date to check it's about 1/2 after the initial release date.

I've used them to repair many of my Nokia phonese before. You can reach them at 212-486-7090 or email them at info@jacksplaceny.com Good luck on the repair. The E90 is known to have mic and earphone problems in their earlier production.

i just got e90 phone two days ago, but no body know how to use internet or browse on it, how can i get internet working on it

too thick even no pouch included its 2 years old but without compatitor still troutting.
N97 n june will bring price down to 300$
Nokia has encashed average 1000$ for defective cells keep onn ripping-----Nokia

Bought an Nokia E90 Communicator through Dell about 14 months ago (Oct08). Very nice workmanship with plenty of nice features. Biggest flaw was constant dropped calls. Sent it to Nokia for repairs, no changes. Warranty ended. Finally, I would call out but the receiving party couldn't hear me. Sent phone into Palco (Nokia's authorized repair center) but they said they couldn't reach me to get my authorization to repair. I complained to Nokia saying they never contacted me. Nokia responded that they wouldn't repair my phone since it is out of warranty.. After several more e-mail exchanges with Nokia it became very apparent that Nokia no longer wishes to repair out-of-warranty phones, becuase I can only presume, that they don't repair them anymore but simply replace them (our through away culture). I spent $1000 US dollars on this phone but Nokia refuses to back it's product. That is absolutely the worst customer attitude and respect I have ever experienced. I would not recommend that anyone buy any of their more expensive phones for this reason. In fact, personally, I doubt I will ever buy any of their phones again and do my utmost to convince others to do the same.

your E90 is very nice but why you keep only upto 2GB and why it is doing slow process,i need to change my panel

Is the all known issue such as microphone hissing / browser crashing & software too / Internal screen damage by keyboard are solved ?
I read somewhere (probably in nokia discussions) one user complained after a year when the warranty is over the internal screen got dead.
I am willing to buy this phone & I have heavy browsing need one the move...(it has 4 inch internal which is perfectly suits my need)...but reading so much flaws in the net I can't gather enough courage to make solid decision.
Any recent buyers facing any of the above problem with moderate usage of his/her E90 ?

Try the following:
1)- go to connection and delete all the server listed there.
2)- reboot your E90
3)- Send Sms to your server 9 deffer from country to country), and they will reply to you with configuration, save them and try to browse the net.

That will be so nce of you! As it will help me alot cquse i am thinking of buying this set and the main criteria for me is the battery life while using net because i am always on the move and need to stay constanly on move!
