I have already done factory reset several times and contacted HMD customer care services but I got no good outcomes. So I calmed down, using it as it is. Thanks again 👍

That's wierd... and not wuite the normal behaviour. Well i tried, maybe you shoud factory reset the thing, but yeah, is a pain in the a. to do it.
