They used to be the greatest in the phone industry back in the 90s and early 2000s but that's a thing of the past now. If you're looking for value for money phones that have good reputation with decent specs, I'd go for: Xiaomi, Realme, Infinix, Tecno. First brand that I mentioned being my number one recommendation then the rest follows.

I just noticed the Nokia g22 has
UFS 2.2 storage not emmc
Faster storage can make huge benefit in smoothness
I don't actually know how good this is ufs 2.2
On top of that has 4gb real ram plus added software optimization
virtual ram expansion should also lead too improved performance in the os ul interface browser
Am wondering is this phone good now ?
Is this budget Nokia phone smooth ?

People aren't educated
unisoc has the strongest low end entry level processors in the market
None of mediatek's g30 range line up can compete with the T series low end

Nokia fan, 25 Feb 2023The real question is, are there any other brands out there ... moreoppo realme xiaomi oneplus all items in the box all super phones under 500 euros ....specifically if u are a guy ....i barely use my 1000 euro cameras. so no more samsung for me xiaomi ne 5g amazing phone oneplus nord 300.00 euros i will never ever pay 1000 like a imbecil now in the s23 boxes u get a phone anf cable but the cable its not even compatible with the stats of the phone ridiculous we should all boycott them just for one year we woud get better prices better phones why on earth do not theese 1000+phones dont come with 1t storage u just paid a month salary in a lot of countries 2 not for me

Huawei don't have Play Store.
Although Nokia is no 100% better because they CPUs suck and Huawei and Honor does have good CPUs.

It's best too buy the best phone phone for yourself and focus on function over form
Trying impress other people
Can be done from buying any fashion phone it's why brands like xgody & goophone are profitable I think
But your the one who needs life with the phone in the end of the day
Is showing everyone your phone the Goal or actually using it
It's your choice Nokia not the best nor the worsed brand
Often camera battery life good
Software AndroidOne but there is quite a bit of blootware on Nokia phones sadly
Performance is weak spot
this phone will be easier than your average phone too repair or change the battery in
I say hauwei was smoother and better optimized
But less durable often weak screens
Samsung is popular perished software but OneUi is heavily and slow plus blootware also might be 32bit if 4gb ram phone
Samsung not great brand
Apple so stuck up there own back side you're never going get anything other than a locked down trashy specs on good soc overpriced iphone it run smoothly only because apple hides how bad the specs are till they purposely slow it down when they wants yea too upgrade phone
Terrible brand
A possibility Nokia alternative is umidigi strong hardware specs stock android high quality phone maker very for money competitor
Good brand
There also hotwav very high end spec at low price blootware free also durable big battery
Great brand

But if you really want a phone, why would you care about what your peers think?
As far as the phone is working for you then there's no problem.
If you want to be respected for the kind of phone you use, you can go ahead and buy a Samsung or Apple.
As for me, I dont care much about what people think.

Is Nokia a better brand than Huawei? I really want to love nokia phones but I don't wanna be teased among my peers who use iPhones and Samsungs.
I don't know which is the so called perfect brand to pick, for one I love stock android, for another, I want a phone that will be respected when I hold it. Please help (and I also think vivo and oppo aren't good value for money because they are overpriced)

Looks nice I like the repairability it is the new way forward Fairphone started it and maybe EU makes it mandatory so this is going to take off also Samsung A54 will be much easier to repair rumors say so yeah it's gonna be a good thing

nice but price is kinda big, battery phone g57 one core should be like g52 2 core so its not a completely weak gpu like other 1 core gpu battery phones, and also 2xa75 and 6xa55 is good enough mostly and 1.6ghz should use a small amount of battery, i have a older phone with 2xa75 2.0ghz 6xa55 1.8ghz and g52 2 core and it is battery efficient 5000mah it lasts between 2 to 4 days depends sometimes 5 if used lighter and 1-2 when gaming and it can play freefire and pubg without a problem, mainly like 3 days of battery life, mine costed 120$ and also android 12 updated from 10 and it doesnt slow it down
