swaraj, 26 Feb 2023Nokia asked the most important question... "but does i... moreWhat do mean about "Their sliced gorilla glass"? If you mean that they've removed the gorilla glass, it's most likely they've not included it for most entry level and in some midrange devices. This is to lower the cost of the device so people tight in budget will have the means to afford it. Including gorilla glass protection on flagship level phones seems logical. This will give the premium feel and to protect those expensive components.

Also, don't generalize Chinese phone manufacturers customer service. I'm pretty sure that known and popular Chinese phone brands have an included 1 year warranty for hardware issues and you can have it fixed in a local authorized retail store or in their official store. Even American phone brands have issues when it comes to phones and customer service. Believe me, cause I've been into one.

With regards to your Realme, possibly you got a faulty battery or you tend to always charge the phone to 100%. This will make the battery capcity degrade faster. Optimal charging should stop at 80% to increase the lifespan of the battery. Also, higher wattage of charging can lead to phone overheating especially if you're in a hot environment. That's why you should only use chargers with 10w - 18w or lower to charge your phone. Use only the included fast charger if you're in a hurry or if there's an emergency.

Lastly, not all software updates are perfect upon release. That is why there's an incremental update every now and then to repair those issues reported by phone users. Friendly advice, update your software version only once it's already in the final stages so you can avoid messing up your phone. Usually, final version of the software is the most stable version so it's less likely that you will encounter issues with it. Even the most popular OS made from America (you know what brand it is) have flaws and buggy. Again, not all softwares are perfect so updates are being released cause. Just so you know, I'm a former Tier-2 tech support from a very well known company.

Nokia fan, 26 Feb 2023Price range about 300-400 dollars or pounds actually and al... more300 - 400£

Based on value for money, I would say:

      1 Poco X4 GT
      2 Galaxy A52s
      3 Poco F4
      4 Xperia 10 III
      5 Galaxy A53

It's a personal choice though. Others may have their own opinions.

For under 200$, i would say the recently reviewed Galaxy A14 5G (a minor upgrade over the A13, But still).

Some prices may be incorrect because in my country, we dont work with pounds or dollars.

        Sin, 26 Feb 2023Ok I recommend a phone The hotwav cyber 7 pro Clean ... moreThanks mate👍

Now Nokia lost me a bit. What's the point of releasing a successor that is an exact copy of the preceding one. If the repair-ability is the only novelty then good luck at finding an audience that will buy it. The set of new colours will not do much to change that. Same remark goes to all the so called new devices of the brand. Nothing new actually. Same hardware... same everything...
Now that is not a bad thing when you think about the quote "if it's not broken, don't fix it" but if you know that your hardware could use something a tad more powerful then I would go for that option. Not saying that the Unisoc T606 is crap but I would have opted for the T610.

It has 64 GB Storage with SD Card slot. 6 GB Ram does whatever I want (I dont play genshin impact). Couldn't care less about software updates (for me they slow down the phone so i'm happy with my Android 8.1)
I sideloaded G-Cam so it has an amazing camera. Only battery life could have been better (i still get 5 hours SOT Though)
All in all, a good device. But i'm planning to upgrade to a Pixel 5 (it's now getting in my budget)

Nokia asked the most important question... "but does it last?" And i love it !

Yes chinese phones are king of spec sheet but they really don't want their product to last long. Instances are 1. Their sliced gorilla glass
                                2. Zero shite to customer service ethics
                                3. Realme phone battery with 33w charging dont even last 1 year 😒
                                4. Ota updates that deliberately makes your phone slow and unusable with no security updates or core os update . Only bunch of animation that will make you hate your phone
