Fundraising conducted by HMD Global was unsuccessful in 2022, and now the company closely monitors the level of debt of their businesses, and tries to evaluate whether they can still continue the sustainability of their business and especially the risk of overdue debts, now there is a risk of default payment regarding this thing.
By the fourth quarter of 2022, HMD Global businesses are restructured to achieve significant synergy and cost-efficiency. HMD Global Council decides to extend Series A2 funding cycle. At the end of 2022, the rounds are still open and HMD Global management continue to discuss closing the rounds in 2023.
HMD Global is now continuing to read and respond to markets carefully, especially market competition movements, to understand market stock status to determine how market conditions can recover from current turbulence.
For the invested group, the loss of the market and the impact of the Russia-Ukraine war caused HMD Global to reduce and even cancel the feature phone Nokia and now the Group faces the problem of the number of products ordered very little and the cost required is increasing.
The bottom line: HMD Global is currently surrounded by large amounts of debt, and is seeking a large profit to pay off the debt. There are many products that are cancelled or reduced in number, especially feature phone Nokia. There are many investors who are reluctant to invest, because they are not profitable. But investors who have already invested heavily are now demanding a refund of the cost that has been given.
So this is the reason why Nokia phone use ODM design, the processor is just that (Ehm SC9863A), not make Flagship, not use SD7 series and so on.
Anyway they are now facing bankruptcy.

It is definitely a software issue. Will most probably get better in time after some updates, they kinda slow in bugfixing this days. But they do it and that's the important part. And their devices actually really get better with time and not other ways around.

      For what you'll pay for this, you're better off buying a Nokia G60.

            I like my g42. Its a good cheap alternative to a pixel. But you have to keep it on adaptive mode to get the best experience.
            Switching to 60hz mode does actually create strange touch delays and lags. It's a software fault and nokia will hopefully release an update fix for that. Keeping it on adaptive is the best option :)

              Yes screen very bad unresponsive unusable on standard mode.
              But 90hz.adaptive mode works much better more responsiv.
              But.agree yes very bad touch response with screen

                      4gb version problems are poor haptics, poor sound, unresponsive screen as doesn't respond sometimes to touch & taps, severe lag & stuttering, typing is trash. Unresponse screen ruins entire experience

                                Anyone who thinks this is "quality" needs to get out more and use other phones.
                                This is a cheap tacky mess. So many problems i don't even know where 2 begin.
                                Avoid and go for other brands or even hmd x30/g60.

Since when is a poco user something that companies should use as a marketing guide? And since when is poco a valuable brand? The only reason why people use and buy poco, is because is cheap. Has nothing to do with quality, design, reliability/stability, updates, software, camera or brand value. If tomorrow crappytech releases crappy-phone 1, with SD 8ged2 (in name), for 200 dollars, they all jump wagon and there is a sudden lack of poco users. Why would any brand, besides poco, even bother with them users?

                                    As for samsung, you are right, a nokia device can't please a bloatware infestation lover, that is a special kind of user hmd decided not to please. And, i my self, am very happy with that decision. 😉
