my nokia lumia 1020(RM-875) updated to lumia cyan and its enables the 4g but the phone restarts automatically when I have insert any sim card
my firmware is apac hongkong 223

how to downgrade and disable the 4g band???? i am using this phone in india

chellu, 07 Jul 2016can i update windows 10 with the help of Insider. is it wor... moreUpgrading via Windows Insider works flawless. I'm using the Release Preview Build without bigger problems. Speed is comparable to 8.1, maybe a little bit slower. The new features of Windows 10 a clearly an improvement. The camera is a bit laggy, you still have to use the old 8.1 Lumia camera app to get double high & low res image output. You can downgrade to 8.1 at any time again with desktop lumia recovery app.

Edward, 09 Jul 2016Total reset? that would be a hassle, I hate this OS, I ca't... moreI´m not sure, but I think it can be solved by deleting the account in the settings, add the new account to use for the store and then just install the other account again in the account and mail settings. I think a reset is a bit too much and of course too much of a hassle.

i dont like the build quality of 950xl.... And also i want a awesome camera..... How is the performance of 1020 in terms of speed?

adi, 05 Jul 2016which phone should i buy? 1020 or 950xlHi, I'm surprised you are comparing/choosing between the two. The 1020 is old tech. Look at 950 or XL. Windows 10 is a major improvement to 8.0. And we should start seeing more apps in the future.

Is there anyway for me to log... more windows 10 mobile you go to settings ,accounts, select the account you want to remove and delete it, but you can't remove the default Microsoft account from your phone until you reset the phone to reset the phone go to about in settings and reset it to factory defaults.
