Lumia 1020 is a good phone not Excellent because it dont have : Quad core S4 pro and micro SD card slot and better battery and minimum 4.7 inch and Better GPU

I was waiting for this fone....love my 808 also and I have 2 of them....since windows is improving wanna try it and spl for the camera and other gr8 features.... Nokia is the only company tat can take windows higher...well too be honest android is good but copy of symbian and its bugs r too many and lot of ads in every app...iam using 3 fones now...main fone is 808 pv then note 2 and bb 9900...thou bb will go nxt month as bbm is cmg to android...and hopefully 1020 will replace my 808...hope I can live with windows if not then will be back on my 808...

Generally people say that 808 takes pure, natural photos while 1020 has more processing (sharpening, saturation etc). But we'll have to wait until someone takes both phones and compares them in same conditions.

I think the only lack in this Lumia 1020 is MicroSD slot, actually other features are ok.! Having a huge camera will require more space for both images and full HD videos. If they enable the expandable memory feature they should have a good market place..!

I just want an OS can be very useful for me, in term of business, I am not a game person, the only game I play is Chess, I am ok with the quality of apps available for WP OS.
Android can have a million games, I guess that's because the OS is for kids. I am a businessman, I don't need games.
I am very very satisfied with window phone OS. It is very stable, very reliable, most of all, it is more business like. Even now I still use my E6, cos of the unbeatable functionality and form factor (touch & type) I can never find in any other smartphone.

Android smart ph... moreNokia will never take the Android crown from Samsung if they ever join the Open Handset Alliance and use Android now because Nokia's awesome build quality doesn't mean a thing for the rabid Samsung fans to change their minds.
Also if Nokia would to use Android they would have used the OS back in 2007 before Samsung had the darn choice to do so but no, Nokia still held on to Symbian for their smartphones back then and now Microsoft's Windows Phone is starting to slowly save Nokia from more losses and turn the current smartphone horse-race into a three OS fight.
