Of course, Nokia later this year will announce a 5-6' Nokia Lumia but that is just due to complainers like you.
Just 2000mAH battery: I agree they could add more but you know, there is an accessory available which add 1000 mAH more to the phone and some other cool stuff. It doesn't cost much if you "care"
32 GB of internal storage: I don't know the reason behind it. It's definitely a draw back.
quad-core CPU?: Get over it, WP doesn't need a quad-core CPU to run smoothly. It's even running better than Androids having octa cores. Quad core will come later this year
Bulky: You kidding me? It's thin with this much technology inside. What will you call S4 Zoom?

U might see many 10 year old nokia phones, and they work fine even after a rough use, bt it's practically impossible to find a 5 year old samsung phone that works fine.. we are not forcd fans. bt we are fans by choice since u can't really compare the built quality of a nokia handset with a samsung..

Even if I considered Windows Phone an "upgrade" from symbian (which I don't), my N8 still has the FM transmitter, and microSD card slot. Why would I upgrade to one of these?
I'm not into the whole non-removable battery thing anymore either. Still waiting for Jolla.

Come on Nokia, 41mp? Yet you offer just 2000mAH battery and just 32G of internal storage, not expendable. There are phones with less specs, but with better battery, and expandable memory. You guys have lost it. Period!

not so impressive as thought... screes size is just 4.5" which should be 5"... no memory card slot... non removable battery... no quard core cpu... bit bulky.. the only highlight is 41 mp camera which also is not newer than 808...

i alwayz wonder why nokia uses gpu of adreno 225, it has gotten stoneage in such a new age... they have given the gpu to lumia 520 of adreno 305 why cant they use newer versions of it in their flagships...

This phone should be water proof so that we can totally say it is an improvement otherwise there should be a water proof case/accessories so we can use this phone underwater both for leissure or professional purpose.

They had to leave Symbian because the market was changing, hence why Nokia lost much market share in 2010. And the 1020 is WAY better than 808, and has way more camera features like Xenon and cool apps. I can't believe you're still talking about Nokia abandoning Symbian, that was 2 years ago, Nokia have moved on, Symbian will never come back because it's dead and outdated in 2013, get over it.

true fans of nokia must known that first symbian released at 2002, how long symbian took to transform into included bigger expansion storage??
2002 nokia 9210 with 16mb mmc to 16gb in nokia 5800, it need 4, four yearssss....
it needs 6,six yearssss... to reach touch screen optimize (and still lag at N8 with belle, mehhh)
it needs 8 years to support multi touch...
it needs windowphone OS to finally having burst mode...(king of camera hu? the mighty pureview)
it needs 8 years to finally have multi homescreen...
symbian OS must be the longest mobile OS to develop modern fiturs, you can compare it with android or iOS or wp and see which OS driving modern mobile technology, and it is far from symbian.
most nokia fans still think if nokia put quadcore and 2gb ram symbian will perform slick fast and superb like ios, wp or jellybean android, but it will not.
because to symbian just not support it, symbian stuck so long with nHD which almost like forever, it doesnt support multicore CPU, i'm sure it probably not supported bigger ram than 1gb. limitation from the core it self.
if nokia want symbian to perform like modern smartphone they have to make new symbian from scratch and it will be not symbian anymore, building OS from scratch need lot of time and MONEY and nokia already behind because of their stubborn with symbian.
and if symbian still a valid option till this day or as functional as modern OSes, there still will be alot people who will buy and using it, right? but the facts no body cares anymore with limited OS.
it is a good move to choose wp, but i hope nokia will try jolla or mozilla OS or ubuntu touch, and forget symbian for good.
if today people complain only for simple think they used to do with symbian, WP will be there, just wait. it is only 3 years and you can see they bring more and more feature like a normal standart modern OS.
IF WP not there yet, dont complain and miss that symbian, because symbian is the true nokia killer, it took to long to develop one technology jump from 2002 to 2010, once iOS and android push hardware and software and internet to evolution, finnaly we can say bye bye to sms, to small storage, etc.
say no to symbian.
