Yup,I love my lumia 1020.. But the only problem not actually a problem but yaa it really hacks a battery life. The only option u have to go out with ua phone is to carry its power bank along.. If u have an external wireless support for your phone then 1020 is the best lumia u can have.. The Best Camera and The Best Phone too..

hallo, today i buy new lumia 1020 an as i have before nokia n8 i knew what means good camera on the phone.there was no surprise that camera did FANTASTIC job.i just return my new acer e700 phone because what i found is that android is for kids wich like to play with app's=no thanks.i want phone to be phone and this is first time i try windows phone..honest i loved simple kind of use.i onderstood compleet phone in first hour.FANTASTIC..!! phone touch glass felt like a milion, runing slight down on edges like..camera takes photos size 8-10mp camera BUT it is crazy clear, and video in 1080p "p=progresiv" MMmmmm Fanntasticc..loved it all the way..imidge stabilisation is bild in.and REAL flash is what makes this even better !!SIZE of the phone is PERFECT for pocket .!! over all the phone is SUPERB,butt batery is realy weak,sorry nokia tech's...

Hrids, 04 Nov 2014Guys need some help plz,,, which one should I buy,, Lumia 1... moreIt's a good phone and not so special expect his 41mpx, but in case it's just numbers bcoz in some situations it takes pics like 1520 or 930 which hv 20mpx ....i think for the camera 📷, the 808 wins expect that is not a Lumia.

I currently own N97, 808 PureView & Lumia 1020.
As good as my Lumia 1020 picture quality is, my 808 PureView picture and Video quality beats the Lumia 1020.
The only place I have observed my 1020 beats the 808 is the sound quality while taking video. The 808 sound while taking video can be very low, not loud. But the 1020 takes video with good sound.

to keep the battery charged for longer time you should:
1- disable double tab to wake up the phone "A MUST DO".
2- disable Glance.

PLease Help me on how to unlock my Nokia Lumia 1020, the phone was sent to me from United state of America. Any time I insert any Nigerian sim card on the phone, it will display a message which says "This phone can only be used on a specific Location and Network. Thank you.

Further battery is decent and its nothing to buy a phone after 1year of launch as it delivers the best . Nything else?wud like to help u :)

As what can offer is more then enough but can't get enough battery to play with it as i would like to. Mine seems that cannot go further then one and a half day, no matter what. Maybe if i use it just for calls can hit the two days barrier but that for my phone will be extrem good. While i get like 5 hours from it when continuous using, 12 hours when using it's camera quite a bit, and 20 to 26 hours i get in my general usage. Not great at all, maybe is my battery i can't say that all will be like this, buy this is my 1020:).

[deleted post]Just keep your phone on a wc pad and that's all. It gets charged. Charges faster + u can carry it evrywhere

Riniss, 07 Nov 2014i need suggestion from someone, i dont know if i should get... moreAccording to what you wrote I suggest you to go for the 1520 since that phone will probably fit your needs and preferences best. Especially battery backup on the 1520 is impressive and the 20mp camera is superb.
