AnonD-139514, 12 Sep 2014bro lumia 1020 make more sense coz of better low light pics... moreagree with you..i owned this cameraphone and no regrets with the photo quality. we do test with my wife Sony Xperia Z2 and 1020 was more details of all real colors while Z2 was only more on brightness. focusing was very great it will blur the background and focus on the selected object which make you appreciate the captured photo with more details. low light image photos are incomparable to current latest smartphone exist, you will amaze the indoor photos with low light. Using zenon flash on zero lights is excellent even @ 6 meters distance from the object(s).

Hi I have Nokia Lumia 1020 and I just updated my phone to the new windows phone 8.1 I use bing news app and when I want to share an article but I don't see the tweeter anymore. It goes>share> (1-messaging, 2-email, 3 social networks). I select social networks>has only these options: facebook, gmail,Hotmail, messaging and onenote. but no tweet or anything else. Why? thank you.

AnonD-295656, 08 Sep 2014Hi Carol. Thanks so much for taking time out to help. I am ... moreYou make it sound like a problem, however, maybe what you make sound like a big issue, could be normal. Now, mine doea not loose it,s focus, and focusing does not take more then half a second, so it,s not "zooming" in out to catch the distance, if this is really strong in your phone, hmmm. That could be hardware problems. Focusing should not zoom, in out. This "zoom" is in fact a stroglle to focus, this can happen when pointing from very close to very far objects. How ever, should not happen when taking a distance video. Yes by close objects it kind of focusing on things and leavs others in blure, but this happens by close objects, i mean less the half a meter and still, will not struglle, meaning that "zoom" efect will not be there, just fast focusing on stuff... Which yes sometimes can be rather annoying then usefull. Does taking pictures show some problems for you? Like here the sensor moving to much till it manage to focus? Or focuses fast enough? Should focus in les then a second, normaly. Do some test whith this, see if it is truly a problem or if what is normal is not normal for you:).

I am using Nokia Camera app as default, and have twice done Factory Reset (which brings Cyan directly w/o net off even) only to reach to the same conclusion as told before. Recording video with Microsoft Camera doesn't differ much. Effect is almost same, however it doesn't zoom in or out while recording. That is case with you too, right?
I shall mention further that I have been trying to record (Nokia Cam) in interior and exteriors both. Suppose I focus it to laptop screen on a web page, it shall show well after first focus as long as I keep hand still (however sometimes it still keeps focusing). When I move my hand slightly horizontally, It shall focus again on some other colored strips on page. And while focusing, the surrounding video feels like coming out (protruding) in your face and then after focusing, it sets back in place (constricts). I am particularly worried about this phenomenon, which is very unpleasant. Happening too much when manually zooming in and out while recording. Is this phenomenon normal? Can you try doing same with your phone and let me know if it does same? Thanks again.

AnonD-295656, 07 Sep 2014Hi. I am too worried that after the Cyan update (Win 8.1), ... moreHey, to me doesn't happen (nokia camera). Yes, sometimes this autofocus future can be annoying, especially if you film in an "allot of objects area" cause will kind of continue to focus on each and everyone. Anyways, what camera you use? Default one ore Nokia camera? As for a solution. Hmm i will say you could reset it to it's factory defauls, that will be a pain, but could be a solution. You can also send some questions to Nokia support center. But most probably they will answer the same. If you send them, do not forget to specify the camera app you use, or if it,s the case, to tell them it does the same with any app. You can also try some forced reboots, but i don't know if that will help to much. To force reboot, keep the power button and volume button down, some secconds till it reboots. You will loose your date and time. But they are easy to set:).

Hi. I am too worried that after the Cyan update (Win 8.1), while trying to Record Video in continuous auto-focus (Default) mode, the focus noticeably keeps on zooming in and out and pic getting clear and blurry all the time (even with a still hand). Manual focus to infinity gives better result for long distance shots but bad for closer objects (blurry).
Happening with anyone? Is this normal or an issue with my handset only? I recently purchased mobile and there is no one i know of to ask this question. Shall be very much thankful to all who reply and help me. Please reply! Thanks.
