Had my 1020 for 4 years now, works perfectly, windows syncs with my laptop on W10. The camera is that good I no longer take my SLR on general outings or holidays as the phone produces great general pictures.

I had Lumia 1020 since 2014, its ok about 2 years, but now useless because can't update the internet explorer, many websites cannot handled, unable to update to wp 10, so i just use the camera that still good. Found this in a shop local to me, as it has been around for a few years is it still a good phone and does it take good pictures. All my mobiles in the past have been Androids

I am currently using this phone, but it suddenly just turned off. When i connect it to a computer it only reads my device. It doesn't turn on not even the screen. What could be wrong?

Work well enough for me. So happy with mine I just bought my second one. The first is overfull and has done a lot of outdoors work. The two biggest problems are a short battery life and no external memory.

zake's, 18 Jul 2017nokia 808 and lumia 1020 one of the best when it come with... moreI agree, but I would like to add the Nokia N8 to it as well, it's 12MP camera still rocks and beats the hell out of most new phone cameras. I have the threesome N8, 808, 1020 and they are all superb.

Lumia phone its the best phone ever compare to fashionatism of android.
Try upgrqde to 10.1703 creator update and see how its goes, donnot dload facebook messeger and put it on lite mode..it,ll last you guys the whole day.
If apps is your concern...heard that wp has been injected with googleplaystore..tq
