Hi,
Your windows is installed & also all the apps, this is why it shows 7 GB, & I think win 8.1 only takes a storage of around 4GB, so it seems logic, but I can show you some trics & tips to manage your storage !

If your Lumia 1320 says memory full please reboot the handset by holding the power button/ lock open button down until the handset shuts down totally. Switch on handset go to memory you should have freed some space check temporary files & delete temp files. I enjoy my Lumia 1320 totally & would not want another handset but Nokia Lumia 1320.

i have a proplem with the internal storage it reach 7.23 GB and i only use 1.43 of it now all the time send an alert to delete some apps but am already have no apps on internal storage except whats app as it did not installed on SD card ... what shall i do ?? ... if i remove the SD card and reset the phone would it remove information that stored on SD or not !! does ANY ONE face such a proplem

Hi guys,iv had my phone 18months till this past weekend when the phone showed batt charging but never actually got full,INSTEAD it DISCHARGED down to 5% from 30%.It shows the normal"Battery-Plug"icon then only the battery.Two days later as in today it no longer responds to anything when put on charge.
Please advise on what the problem is/waht to do-

my lumia 1320 battery was flat, do not want to recharge, 2 symbols on screen ( lightning and a setting symbol) phone don,t want to respond when on charge.

I faced the same problem after using 1.5 years. I went to Nokia Care Center, they sought nearly 180$ for replacing the motherboard.

Cheated by Microsoft. Now using insider version working without any problem, then why Microsoft avoiding 1320.

it was great but microsoft didn't released Windows Mobile 10 for it....
now it will be a piece of junk in my drawer.
Note: i was a WP fan till microsoft didn't released that update... now i am a HATER.. Never Buy Windows Phone.go and buy an android or an iPhone :D

Awesome phone 3 years with me camera is not that cool but videos and gaming smooth is awesome experience in 1320 not even little a stretch in display from 3 year its without protection screen guard awesome display still like new for me in 2016 and I can't wait for official Windows 10 update for 1320
