This phone is simply superb, Everything works perfectly, apps for business, personal apps etc... Video playback is brilliant, kicks my S4 and iPhone's backside easily. Only drawback is the limited memory on device but given that it expands with a SD card that is actually fine.no hangs no problems. Everything just rocks o this device including the games. Fyi if a app or game is bad on a phone blame the developer and not the phone manufacturer.

harif, 13 Mar 2015this phone or grand 2 ? This phone is way better in every aspect. It's the clear winner, go for the 1320.

please can anybody help me on how to erase the count on my lumia 1320 i mistakenly restarted my phone when it was on emergency call,it has been counting since two days now. i can't access my phone but i could receive call but can't call out i need help.

Every update is valuable..mind it..

My honest feedback so far after two weeks of usage:
1. This windows phone (I'm talking about windows phone OS itself) and generally all other windows phone are NOT really meant for gaming. It more towards work productivity and related. For those who look for full multimedia experience, go for Android or IOS instead.
2. Software or apps are fairly limited and it's not as extensive like Android and IOS but most of common apps available on Android and IOS platform are also available in windows phone as well.
3. Battery consumption - Great! I don't have to keep recharged more frequent like others but it still depends on each user usage though.
4. Certain apps doesn't take full advantage of windows phone platform's feature. E.g, Tumblr, playing embedded video is not possible under windows phone but works seamlessly with Android and IOS.
5. General conclusion - This phone and windows phone in general is good for work productivity with fairly good multimedia features.
