              Love this phone but My phone's LCD and Touch has brocken.. Please Is there any trusted supplier for its spare parts? I went to nokia care but they don't have its panel, and refused to repair so!

                Hi,
                I've got this model since 2014 and I was quite satisfied.
                Only one issue is spoiling my happiness:
                There is no ability to install Google Chrome Browser.
                There are some difficulties regarding attachment viewing.
                Generally, this is the great device, but with minor SIGNIFICANT PROBLEMS.
                BY myself WINDOWS BASED phones are not able to compare to ANDROID based phones. Less software and almost no updates.
                I was forced to get ANDROID based phone and this item was SAMSUNG GALAXU NOTE 4.
                No inconvenience regarding Google Play at all. ABSOLUTELLY HAPPYNES!!!
                One special note regarding camera quality: NOKIA is the BEST SPARTPHONE for Photo quality actions.
                NO COMPROMISE.

                    I have a Lumia 1520 and I had to replace some components ( entire display and usb/microphone) .. nice phone, but many issues to solve...

                      i´m owning the Nokia N9, Lumia 1020 and the Lumia 1520. All three are unique milestones from Nokia. Everybody, except Nokia, knows, that switch from Meego to Windows Phone would be there end. I´can imagine how beautiful it would be if Meego runs smoothly on the Lumia 1520. But it is what it is today, Apple Rules with perfect combination of Hard+Software, Samsungs tryin everything, perfect Hardware, bad Android. And the few Lumia Users out there lovin the phones till Microsoft will end Windows 10 Mobil oneday.

                              hello..somebody please help me..my lumia 1520 actin strange after update to win10. the battery decrease rapidly and when reach 70% it will shut down as if the battery empty. when i on again it will shut down and show battery is critical low. can somebody help me??i already format the phone and it was not solve. any suggestion??

                                    I think windows 8.1 is still better than windows 10 when I compared both os.
                                    Windows 8.1 on Lumia 1520
                                    1. Battery life is good.
                                    2. Performance is very better than windows 10.
                                    3. Camer is far better.
                                    4. Photo,and some other apps also faster.
                                    5. Easy to restart with in short time.
                                    6. Charging also better. Perfect battery indicator.

                                    Windows 10 on Lumia 1520
                                    1. Start screen is very nice.
                                    2. Very official appearance.
                                    3. Notification shortcuts.
                                    4. One hand mode.
                                    5. Microsoft edge.
                                    6. Background apps upto 16-18?.
                                    7. Easy settings.
                                    8. Slow motion camera
                                    9. ?
                                    Finally
                                    The windows 10 , less battery life.camera worst.when you take 2min video it will shutdown,apps were crashing,charging is very slow with not perfect battery indicator. Touch also slow.keyboard also. Photo app is very very worst.
                                    If you want to kill your battery? On Lumia 1520.
                                    Then go for official.
                                    If you want more performance and battery then stay in windows 8.1.

                                        pete, 08 Sep 2016mine did the same thing, did anyone help you?Hi there,

                                        Mine is working now. I tried this
                                        1- Install "Windows Device Recovery Tool" on your PC ( I did it on my Laptop)
                                        2- Disconnect everything from your PC including Mouse, this was the case with my phone
                                        3- Launch the above tool then connect your device using its original cable then the tool should detect your device. If not, click My device was not detected then choose Lumia. It should be detected your device now and a firmware will be available for your device to down. There will be a warming message but please don't care about it and just process the update. After finishing the update with the tool, please disconnect it from the pc then connect to its charger then it's good to go. Your phone will be fully working as normal. Hope this work for you. Cheers!
