I just bought my Lumia1520 yesterday, and I am IN LOVE with it already, the glossy red body is so nice to the touch and feels good in the hand, and the screen is simply GORGEOUS.. I LOVE IT!!

I am using this phone since 19th December. When I turned on the phone, I realized I really missed the Windows Phone OS. Lumia 1520 has the latest hardware in current mobile market. Excellent camera/Windows Phone Black/Fast (I mean really fast)/Brilliant Screen and the most important is long lasting battery (I am very active user of Whatsapp/LINE and Skype). Minimum battery life for a heavy user is 2 days. My suggestion is if you are bored with IOS/Android, then just buy this phone...You will like it.

got this phone in bahrain a few days ago and its one of the BEST i ever had.
the camera is simply unbeatable by others (except the 1020 of course).
windows phone still is behind when it comes to apps but the nokia collection in the app store has alot to offer.
and its great that its 32GB for such a great price

"a phone which goes up with fully loaded spec's would be none other than nokia 1520. it has got best 1080p display with resolution of (367 ppi), best camera to capture ur vivid moment with 20 megapixel,Carl zeiss optics,ois. last but not the lest one of the toughest,compact processors of qualcom's snapdragon 800 which run's in like full of flesh & blood.without any single lag.
As none of the phone is best either nokia 1520.
a big jump would be the os. in which this phones run on i.e windows os. bcz of lack of apps,& customization it is snub to see a behemoth phone which has got a best display & screen but with less features.
verdict:
"every one has it's own like & desires. if ur the one who do not much visit app store or kind of looking for simplicity.than u can have look on this device.but if ur coming from ios or android make sure what u like & don't like & than go for it."

1) note is uglier
2) note lags (yes I've used it multiple times)
3) note has worse build quality
4) build materials are uglier and cheaper
5) camera is childs play in comparison
6) screen on the lumia is far more eye catching
7) practically, battery lasts longer on lumia
8) note holds garbage resale value (I wonder why)
9) lumia is far more professional/note is a toy
10) lumia is more efficient with less cores and memory
11) I like lumia better and so do many others... and everyone Is entitled to their opinions so there's no point of you stating your facts cause the people who like the note, like the note, and the ones who like the lumia like the lumia regardless of anything else

8) 3GB Ram compared to 2GB

12) Ability to Customize
clearly the note 3 is a better more functional device.

HOw long does the battery last if you use it as a wifi hotspot? Or how much battery does it eat when you use it as a hotspot for let say an hour?
