I am 4-month-user of lumia 1520. what i can say it is good device. do you guys have tap&scroll problem? (for some lumia phones espacially 1520) microsoft forums are full of posts about that problem.

Anne, after buying the phone have you taken a moment to go through the manuals? No, never mind did you take a chance to learn about the camera on the youtube? I dint think so either, the phone is a 19mp snapper only in 4:3 ratio and 16mp in 16:9 ratio. So stop whinnying and making false accusations about a brand without knowing how to use it in the first place.
My advice to you: After you buy a Samsung or Sony device take a moment to go through the user manuals and learn about the camera resolution and how many MP work in what ratio. I have a feeling I'll be seeing you making same wrong accusations about other mobile brands, inspite of you reading this. Happy New Year make sure your new year resolution is to read all the devices user manuals of anything you buy for your personal use.

all the reviewers agree that nokia smartphones camera are the beat in the market..with the use of Zeiss optics lens.. Especially cameras of 1520,1020,808 pure view,930,950xl,950... And i think u did downloaded pics from web which r taken by 1520..but dude those r compressed pics.. Not the real one.. If u need to c the real quality of 1520s 20mp.. C the "check quality" option..pls.

bala, not yet... official releases of W10 versions for older phones (which have W8.1 and W8) will be at some point in the start of 2016 :)

nokia is bluffing us. there is no 16MP on this phone. there is never been a single image taken from 1520 is 16MP. everything is 5MP with resolution of 3078X1728. if it 20MP or 5MP + 16MP, of course the resolution will become higher such as 5000X3200, 4800X3300. other phone like samsung,HTC,iphone,lenovo are never hide the MP of their phones. HELL DISAPPOINTED when nokia said the camera is 5MP + 16MP with DNG which for me only a word of a business! a business to cheat peoples...........:( please aaaaaa make it easy! dont make people hurts..
if somebody said it was 16MP, show me a single picture of 1520 with a resolution of 5000X3000 or higher. and remember, i dont care about MB (megaBytes) and the sadness of this phone is, when i'm zooming (ZOOM apps) about 3000%-5000%, it still extracted from 5MP of images!!!

The heating problem and low battery life in WM10 is because the OS had a transition period from beta version to the original one. I also had this with 2 of my lumias and it is okay now.once we get used to W10 its way better that W8

Battery consumption is greater on windows 10 as it has more features than 8.1. Windows 10 looks nicer, but its still a bit buggy and 8.1 runs far smoother and faster. I personally prefer a smoother faster experience.

930 and 1520 have faster processor.
930 and 1520 support 4K recording.
Lumia 930 vs 1520: 1520 has a card slot. But damn 1520 is huge and fat.
1520 has bigger screen, but damn 1520 is huge and fat.
1520 has a bigger battery, but damn 1520 is huge and fat.
1520 is all plastic while 930 is a beautiful combination of metal and plastic.
And never forget the most important thing that.....1520 is huge and fat.

Dear 1520 users.
Can someone with this phone and with the latest build of WM10 installed tell the the battery life impact? I plan on getting this but need to know how much less battery you get with the new OS.
