I bought this mobile 6 months ago and it's nothing but trouble.
I bought a 4G SIM card and when the phone was sent away for repair, because one of the prongs where the SIM is inserted, broke off, it came back as a 3G.
Very Disappointed.

Firstly, has an... moreTo remove the back, hold it in your right hand face down in your palm, put your left thumb on the camera lens whilst grabbing the corner closest to mic hole with your left pointer finger, apply pressure to the camera lens with your thumb and the back should pop off. This is the correct way to remove it as indicated by an instructional sticker that was attached to the back of my phone when purchased.

This lumia is to bad because after some time it automatically format itself.so all the data was deleted.Never buy this lumia

I bought this phone 5 months back.
Pros.
It lives up to the Nokia brand name, I have dropped this more than a dozen of times but still works fine.
Great music quality.
Datasense helps keep track of data usage if u are using a dynamic data package
Cheap for what it offers
Cons
Back cover is slippery
Hard to install cracked apps

Heating up quickly..!! Battery draining very fast..by using net pack it die after 2 hr max. Very poor phone in Lumia series..

Very solid, stylish and above all fast phone. The camera is very clear and the whole phone feels extremely well made and robust. I like Windows 8.1 and the fact that the phone is made by Nokia speaks volumes as to the overall build quality. Very impressed!
