I bought this phone last month. Features are working well but the problem is with the battery backup. I have to charge it three times a day for using the features. Battery dissappointzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

vishal, 11 Jan 2015How is the battery back up?Really good. On standby with few uses, can last for several days. Normal use 2 days is possible or even 3 with right setting.

I have been living with the nokia lumia 530 since November 2014 and it is one of the best budget handsets on sale today. it can be a little slow at times but I have used an Iphone 6 and that froze for 20 minutes until I just left it charging for 10 minutes. I would by this over any budget phone on the market. my only bad point is that it could be a bit thinner.

Aside from the screen quality which is a bit off when scrolling, this phone is actually quite a bargain with all the features that it offers. And its pretty nice to hold in the hand as well.

Ij anwar, 06 Jan 2015On. But this phone have pasword.The Nokia Lumia 530, I think is a very good phone... It has auto correct, WiFi, good enough camera (5MP, a high quality screen and you can set a password for your lock screen. As a matter of fact in typing this comment here on my phone.
If your child would like a smartphone, u should het them this phone cos its a good price (R1300)

Good wee phone although it has NO torch and does NOT TETHER. So far that is only criticism I see, otherwise it's fine.
