This is a good phone for calling texting and for social media activity. Sound quality is okay. Camera and video quality is good compared to the budget class of phones it represents. But not suitable for intensive gaming, browsing larger websites such as amazon or ebay etc is not possible. Also not too many apps available for WP. Overall a decent mobile phone, can't compare this to modern android or ios phones nowadays. Battery life is good.

This phone is an okay phone if your going bye It for someone who just cares about making calls and a bit of social media and apps or if it is for someone's first phone it's a straight forward, easy to handle phone. If you want my actuall opinion just get the Lumia 550 because it has a way better camera, ram , vide quality and resolution the the Lumia 530 although the colours are very vibrant and attractive don't be lured into this money- wasting product!! 👌😎

very good budget smartphone but the screen nowadays is small even for budget Phone standards. I would recommend this if you like smaller phones but if you want a bigger one better go for Lumia 550 or 640 with 4.7 and 5 inch screens. Also W10 mobile on them two.

D Barman, 12 Apr 2016 I am using this phone lumia 530 . i can not find any probl... moredownload heavy games from appx4fun,known as xap file from your browser or anywhere and move it to sd manually ,then restart your phone,wait for some time,open store for 3-4 times thereafter open menu from which you choose"my apps",home or "downloads" ,this time u can see a option "install local files" click on it and then your phone will dectect it and then install it,make sure your internet connection is on during this process,it will install your app without downloading from store,enjoy!

It's a pretty good phone 📱. Sometimes it lags a bit while playing heavy games like asphalt series,real steel etc otherwise it's fantastic in everything. It does a great job as a 512 mb RAM device😊😊

i upgraded the software on my 530 then after it started sayin i should download the demo content which i did the momement i did all contents in my sd card were erased and this has happened twice the first time was due to thr installation of the demo contentent bu the second time is quiet a mystery to me what could be the problem please help me i dont want this to happen again
