what is wrong with all these people? Look at the price before speaking up. its half as cheap as Lumia 520 at launch. As Nokia already told 630 is the successor to 520, and Lumia 530 shall be an alternative to Asha Phones. So, dont tell that this phone is successor to the 520. its just a member of 5xx series to replace Asha and attract Asha costumers towards Windows Phone. If you want a upgrade over 520, grab a 630. or want 1 gb, wait for 730 to arrive. or got money to waste 930 and 1520 is there.This phone is for poor who want a smartphone experience in cheap. and dont ever compare it to Moto phone. Moto G that I took was dead on 5th day, I gave it for repair and took
a whole month.

Nokia should come out from dream. .Even company like xiaomi has give better buid quality, nokia has been once satisfied consumers that time now it fails on on and on.......

For Wi... moreU do realise that the 512 Mb is not an issue concerning optimization as everyone knows WP is optimized but rather it is the problems regarding the restriction that many apps imposes by requiring 1Gb RAM. Also given the new features coming in for example the WP 8.1 OS itself it is becoming heavy on the RAM. So by GDR2 update it will start feeling like a low end Samsung Lagdroid.

I don't understand Nokia intention for this phone, is it an upgrade or downgrade compare to it's predecessor, Lumia 525. The only logical explanation I can think of is, Nokia is trying to cut cost, at the same time try to further differentiate their Lumia 500 series & 600 series phones. Nokia achieve this by, instead of making a greater 600 series, they make a worse 500 series???

For Windows mobile 512mb ram is equal to 1.5Gb ram in andriod. please don't compare this with piece of non-branded mobiles who are giving flash, front cam and etc.. under 10K bucks

Nokia Will Never able to know what a customer wants..it always thinks commercially..with out satisfying the needs of a customer.....even the windows operating system is perfectly designed..the hardware is not able to cope with the software facilities it provides..damn..gohd

nokia you will lose by these resons 1.no flash 2.no front camera 3.512 mb ram 4.bad camera 480p recording only 5.small screen.i has been waiting this phones for 4 months now i feel like crying.but there is a solution make this phones price tag into 6500 maybe it will be hit market.

If you want successor of Lumia 520 then go for Lumia 630, lumia530 is not a successor for l520. Lumia530 a replacement for Asha series.
