Windows Phone is very good for smooth performance although in low end budget and good hardware. Galaxy Grand screen is higher, but the detaility is still better in Lumia 625, Galaxy Grand lacks of Corning Gorilla. The other specification is almost the same.

Choose Lumia 625 or Android, it backs to yourself again. Do you need file manager, notification center perfect today, supports many apps? If those need apply to you, Lumia 625 is not for your choice. If you choose Lumia 625, you won't get file manager (many tasks should connected with PC), lack of apps, no notification center (some chatting apps sometimes don't receive notification automatically), videos are restriceted, etc. If you don't care about those limitation, try Lumia 625.

When the OS was still Gingerbread, nothing problem with hang, browsing internet, YouTube, Office, all work very good. The lack was come if I played AVP: Evolution (Alien vs Predator game). It began experience bad lack / hang when I updated the firmware to Jelly Bean 4.1.2. In Gingerbread, all work very good.

i certainly do not agree with android user don't go windows phone. Coz i happen to own both android and Windows phone and from my user experience windows phone could be a bit tricky at 1st but after a while you understand the wonder of windows as well... But of coz we know each OS has it strength and weakness.....
