I in inserted the sim while my mobile is in on his that creates any problem.. And I find little warmth behind my camera 📷 and earpiece while making call 📞.. Any one suggest me please

I bought this phone one years back.I don't like to recommend this phone to anyone since this has disappointed me bigtime. It crashes almost everytime and I have only limited no.of applications still it runs slow. And i've updated my phone and it is up to date. Battery life I must say is good but then operations are very slow n lags alot even with limited apps like whatsapp, vibe,instagram, fb.And i must say windows app store is very slow in bringing the updates. Disappointed with device.

This is a great phone for the price, i bought mine 5 months ago, because i sinked my Note 3. This is a cheaper phone but has almost every functionality of some expensive ones. Windows phone is amazingly lighter and smoother then android. Apps is not a problem anymore unless you're looking in to use those from restaurants or supermarkets :-) Probably my next phone will be a Windows 10 flagship. Let's see what Microsoft shows next 21 january.

its all softer not support and big problem is network. net work is not catching all time.

I been a Nokia person since I ever started using a mobile, the slide down feature was brought back in the wp8.1 update but the minimize/hide download is still missing, is it going to be brought back, other than that I love the phone

Specialy when watching from youtube. I have been using my phone almost a year now, the performance isnt so great anymore and I don't reccommend it to others.

Luv mah phone very much and can give better answer to those who have problem with it.

Guys..i bought my phone last may...now its 8months an using..the problem is always hang..especially am viewing the YouTube...what happened this phone...is someone help me plsss...cause I don't know what happened I delete already the vedio and some photos but its still hanging...i vmcant view the YouTube plssss help me...thanks.
