kraits are more powerfull & efficient than cortex A7 & low ram will deffinetly cause some app incompatibility.Its much better to get a 525 rather than spending money downgrading to a 630-35

ho.. Nokia.., its bad.! Name 630, but not reach near to 620 even 525 by features and specifications. Love u nokia, but hate ur lumia 630 and 635. Going to buy samsung or sony android.

Guyys! I gottta say, I'm actually really disappoinyed with Nokia! Seriously? 512MB Ram? Yeah, the tech geeks will come and say that it only requires that much etc. But come on! Lumia 525 had 1GB Ram! Guyss! In my opinion it is better to buy a Lumia 525 and wait for the Windows Phone 8.1 Update.

Is 512mb a joke for april ? i have the l620 and i'm waiting to get a 1gb ram device like this l630 and then nokia release is with 512mb ? Can't believe,i'm going now surely for a android device...

I don't know why Nokia is dead when it comes to Front Camera, LED Flash and 1GB Ram. Quad core + Windows8.1 but with 512 ram and no front cam and flash??? Totally a Bullshit. Come on Nokia! When you will grow up?
