I m having trouble using smart sim feature. The call is not forwarded to other sim when one sim is not available ..it only says please wait,call is being transferred to the other no. And then it hangs up!! Does network provider has to do something. About. That??

I can not open any attachment with any mail. ( attachment of any form) whenever you click it, message comes out, I have to down load some application from the store with an option of suggestion of related apps.
The problem seems in the WP 8.1 version. Why not this version 8.1 comes with an inbuilt app to open the attachments of like 'text note' , word doc, or excel doc.
Can anybody suggest the solution. Thanks

Hey that is not the phones problem. Plz check the settings in sim. Go to msg settings-sending profile-profile-message center number.
Plz check with customer care.

Hey guys!! I have been using the phone for five hrs and the battery is already down to 42%. Everybody says this phone has good battery back up but I only get 10-11 hrs max! Can someone help me out disappointed with battery life...I already did every thing which was suggested in Nokia support discussions.🙍 🙍 🙍

So, nokia cc guys will never said like dat. U r lying here. Android get virus because thats an open source os. Apple and wp are closed source os.

My lumia was getting switched off automatically when I was using it.so when I went to the Nokia care I was said it might be affected by virus from my pc and they reset it updating the software.it got well then but after one month when I connected it with my friend's phone through Bluetooth it got switched of while i was listening to songs.then i reset my phone but the problem is not rectified.what should I do now??it's a new phone.someone pls pls help me
