If i use glance screen, it affects the sensor or not? I still not used glance in my Lumia 720 because of this doubt. Thanks in advance.

    all wp8 devices r upgradable to wp8.1 blue.. microsoft confirms it. also double tap to wake up feature is also coming to all low end phones with LUMIA BLACK update.

                      I love this Lumia 720, os is very fast. And reliable. Not same my old samsung android always auto shut off. Some more I like the camera. Better to get this thing if you in budget. Same as you get in Lumia 920. Did I tell that it was slim and weightless.

                            Hi.
                            I have purchased lumia 720 1 month ago. I am facing some issues like phone gets hang up on own. Whenever I switch it off,it restarts. While listening to music sometimes volume key doesn't work,if I low it down,volume level remain constant. The other problem is that in Whatsapp I am unable to attach songs send it, only recording can be send.
                            Please help me.

Battery lasts for 2 days for me with battery saver on, background running apps blocked, brightness set to low, internet off (i.e Below 3%). But if I on 3G and use heavily it will last only for 6 hours.

                                2. I believe that restart is the problem with sim slot. When I faced restart problem I removed sim and memory stick and reinserted it. It worked for me. Try it.

I found their quality and product knowledge below par. However I was able to get my problems resolved through the Nokia care center.                                     Hi, I need help from anyone who is using Lumia 720 phone. Following are my questions.

                                    1. I own a lumia 720 (6 months old). What is the normal battery discharge percentage in your device? I have the battery app and most of the times mine shows 3.5 ~ 4%. I just want to know if its the same for everyone.

                                    2. I am unable to turn off my phone. It keeps rebooting itself. I was under the impression that this problem is particular to my device, but recently my friend bought Lumia 720 and his phone does the same. Can anyone confirm this behavior? This happens almost 90% of the times and mostly when the battery usage is heavy.
