Any thing other than hardware issues can be solved, I think. Try resetting to factory settings(after you've backed up your personal datas).It should help. These smartphones are so complex. Even nokia has no solution to many of the problems. Problems increase when complexity increases.

But many things have to be removed before battery can be removed. It is advised not to do it by yourself. Even if you take it to a servicer ( even if it is nokia care), there is a good chance for the phone to get tampered. So unless you have some serious issues do not dismantle the phone by yourself, or by a servicer. The battery is 2000mAh. It is a highly capable battery compared to most of the other phones of the same price range. Also, nokia hardware is of outstanding quality.

iam using nokia lumia from past 1 month it is good phone iam satisfied with its performance battery life is ok its last for a whole day after using heavily excellent phone unlike samsung quattaro or galaxy grand
