I have also tried re-installing app but issue was not fixed. I think Whatsapp Developers need to work on this because most likely its not WP8 problem. Its Whatsapp Problem.. Don't know what to do PLEASE wp8 lover and everybody else here reading my message HELP TO SOLVE my problem to see previous Conversations.THANKS IN ADVANCE :)

Hello friends : Im planning to get nokia lumia 720 before jan1-2014 and pls suggest me some pros and cons of this phone before i handle it in hands
1. Does this phone allows music and video sharing by bluetooth
2. Does this phone hangs at times due to low ram 512mb
3. Does this phone get update for Os if available
4. Is this phone better than sony xperia M and L version
5. Shall i proceed to buy this phone or do you have any suggestion for me from sony at 10000 to 15000 range which is pretty equal to this
6. IS this phone durable and reliable in terms of quality built and accessories with softwares and hardwares
7. Pls do help me to get a clear reviw on this nokia lumia 720 pros and cons ..... thank you waiting for answers ....

vishesh, 18 Dec 2013Thanks man for ur reply i have updated newer version alread... morei think its more of a network problem then the application, make sure u have a better internet connection(try and use it in wifi if possible and see if u face this problem on wifi too)yeah re installing may be solve ur problem,but when u said that u want to keep ur existing videos and pics in whatsapp,i think u don't have any of them saved in ur phone,i mean pics and videos received via whatsapp don't get stored on phone memory(prior to the latest update),u can't see them(just in whatsapp)so may be u will not get them,don't knw about chat history,

really need ur help
yesterday i try to place the protector screen
then the screen become sometimes freeze ..the touchscreen,the 3 button below also dont work...
after that i get away the screen protector
the problem also like that
screen often freeze
need ur help
i think i push it too hard when placed that protector
what should i do now
i Buy it mei and got a guarantee 1 year
is possible the NCC replace new One?
i also already do the hard reset
its doesnot help

MALIK, 18 Dec 2013Hi guys i am planing to buy it.is it a good phone better th... morebbm is not available for windows yet,viber is there and alomost every other app of android, available in windows phones too,its a good phone with great looks,smooth performance,nice user interface,very good battery backup and awesome camera(better than any other phone around 20k).OS has some limitations but those are also expected to get lifted when wp8.1 will come,but final choice is urs
