I had that problem on my Lumia 520 but got repaired from Nokia care n its works fine.

I purchased this fone before 2 days . Now i m facing some problems. First is when i use internet then many time suddenly it goes to home screen. When i try to scroll upper then touch screen doesn't work. It hang many time .
i don't thinks i will again go for lumia .

since i updated to amber a month ago i have been faced by internet connectivity issues..i dont get 3g signal and edge is problematic.anyone with the same problem? how do i solve this? also how do i clear other storage apart from hard reset?
