But ever since I got it back from the Nokia care center, the phone freezes intermittently. Have been to Nokia Care twice after that. Both the times, they re flashed the OS but is of no use. Finally they are raising an indent to get a new touch screen module for my phone and I have to wait for 10 days. Poor trouble shooting skills. They are not up to the point and keep doing trail and error with my phone. Worst part is they said once the replacement arrives, they'll check my phone for water damage to find out if it comes under warranty. They've been having my phone for the last 10 days or so, now why would they do that if it is water logged? Sucks....

ok now i buy this phone early this month,mostly this phone is good from my experience..and the lack things of this phone is when i tried to transfer mp3 and video to sd card from pc is became a problem..the files is missing after i put back to phone and i need to reformatt it few times and put back inside over and over until the file is detected inside the phone..why??? any help?? any suggestions?i hope its not a hardware problem..thanks i appreciate it..

Been using the Lumia 720 for one month now, it came with Amber update pre-installed, so i am going to write a detailed review about my hands on experience with it.
Pros:
i. Buttery Smooth OS.
ii. Whenever you take out your phone in public, people just keep looking at the sleek design and live tile menu concept.
iii. Lot of fuss going around about the 512 mb RAM, but unlike android WP8 works very smoothly with 512 mb.
iv. With the Adreno GPU and Qualcomm dual core, xbox live games run very smoothly. The xbox games have 3d flight sims and shooting games wih high end graphics.
v. Camera quality- the primary 6.1 shoots great photos and videos, looks just as neat as my 14.1 mp cybershot. The secondary is also 720p hd hence skype experience is also very good.
Cons:
i. NO FILE MANAGER - yes thats a real pain.
ii. WIFI supports only DHCP access. As a result you can not configure IP address manually and connecting to my office wifi is IMPOSSIBLE.
iii. You can not download more than 50 mb sized file using mobile data (only wifi for that).
If you can overlook these problems then Lumia 720 is a true delight for you.
Personally for a lag free and hang free experience, go for Lumia.

it should be 1080p c... moreFor 1080p camcorder go for l625, or 1320..
for 1gb ram l820 n l1320.. dont talk like crap dude.. nokia launches Lots of handsets in different price Tags with our needs..
