ddas, 03 Sep 2013Thanx for all ur reply..But I've installed the Storage clea... morethere is an inbuilt app named storage check in the settings. open that, swipe to left and clear temp. files. but not all temp files will be deleted because some temp files are application data and for fast and smooth performance of applications those files need to be there,
so you dont need to download any other app, storage check is already there.

wh... moreNo need to panic. after sales service will be as usual. in fact it is good news for all of us.
microsoft has purchased the phone and service unit only. and it will hire 32000 employees of nokia for that purpose.
so now it will be like apple. they will make hardware as well as software. so it is good.

I have Purchased Lumia 720 on 7 the Aug, and after 2 days I am facing problem in the handset and from 20 August onwards it is with Nokia care only. and not even get till now. Nokia care cannot detect the problem from last 10-15 days. they even dont Know that what the actuly problem is. :( i want replacement of the phone. can any body Help me.

ddas, 03 Sep 2013I'm from India..n yes no Amber update has cum yet..it was m... moreif you think it doesn't help you, you can uninstall the app anytime. every MB in important for me especially now, I only have less than 500 mb space in my phone memory. XD.

june14, 02 Sep 2013Are you sure you updated your L720? Which country you from?I'm from India..n yes no Amber update has cum yet..it was my mistk. I too installed the Storage cleaner..i don't think it works..it tks long time to work n it cleans vry few MB of memory only.

Its a kind of cache cleaner I found in free apps..but it takes time to clean..And if I do not use Cache cleaner how the temporary files will get clear?..pls advice.

1. Do I need to in... moreFor your third question of background tasks there are 2 options.
1) go to SETTING, swipe the screen to left and press BACKGROUND TASK. there it will show the apps which has permission to run in background. You can block the apps from running in background.
or you can
2) long press the back arrow of your phone, i.e. Leftmost button. It will show running apps. Ckick on that and then keep pressing back button untill you come to hone screen.

for amber update go to SETTING and then ABOUT, if there it is written AMBER then you are lucky to have amber update.
but till now nokia has not released amber update for Lumia 720.
