I myself facing hang problem month ago, but the sales lady from Nokia told me what to do. She told me to press all key; volume up and down, camera and power key at the same time for about 30 sec. . When the NOKIA logo apear, release your fingers.

Finally it shows that incompatible file,so I still can't install it. Indeed I tried too much on it.anyway OALD still doesn't have in the stores of Lumia 720. This is a big problem that Nokia Customers want to change to another brands like ios & android.i think Lumia and program developers should cooperate well with each other to resolve such a bad problem.Again,finally I hope my Lumia will get free
an OALD dictionary to use soon like Samsung.

I have an issue. On high sensitivity touch, Back/Start/Search buttons touched/pressed itself. Is it just bugs or hardware problems or rest of my fingerprints on buttons? On normal sensitivity touch, it is just fine. Sorry if my grammar is bad. Thank you.

1- fm radio come with amber update
2- File manager avoid here coz of security.. even apple ios also dont hav file manager.
3- Dnt knw what they mean by lockscreen shortcuts n even u also dnt knw what it means.
4- Yer every using english.. n voice navigation is availble in english.

Don't buy Lumia 720 cos it doesn't have:
OALD dictionary in the store
Cambridge advanced learners dictionary don't have too.
