now only 1 option.. do hard reset..(hard reset erase ur whole thngs like apps, games, downloded thngs, contacts, massages.. totaly factory reset.. like when u bought it 1st time)
if u ready to hard reset then do ths-
press volume down+power key+camera key 10-15 seconds.. then ur screen blinks n now follow the instructions..

pathetic phone....do not buy ever ......i bought this phone 1 month ago and this phone hanged twice and now whn i am trying to switch on this phone its not switch on.....really frustrate and suggest u all do not buy this foolish phone.

I used 720 already for 1 month and never get OS hang.
the one got hang just the game(shark dash) that's because the game not good optimize enough for 512MB ram. That hang not make the OS hang, the hang apps will close by itself.
Just make sure you buy Lumia fresh from real Nokia retail.
Overall I love this phone, good job Nokia & Microsoft
