Nokia Lumia 720 is great when working. I am very very comfortable and enjoy great when the phone is working. But, in the last 75 days of my usage, it has frozen 2 times resulting in an awkward situation. First time, I took the phone to Nokia care, who had reset the entire settings resulting in total loss of data saved. Y'day(1st aug), again it had frozen when I am in Bangalore. I have no time to go to a Nokia dealer, so I removed the sim, purchased a sim adaptor for changing to Micro sim to normal, purchased a very cheap phone in the market to continue working. I will take the set to Chennai for correction. I hv used other systems like IOS, Android with different phones. But Nokia Lumia 720, with Windows give a very special environment, comfortable feeling, WHEN WORKING... ksraghavan@me.com

nice phone. Nokia should have start exchange offer like Samsung and apple for boost up the sales of brilliant lumia family. specially lumia 720.

Is not HD playback.. platic body. Not luking pretty..
Frnt camera also VGA... Nt gud clearity.. batery backup also very low :(
Check the rating of the galaxy core.. Only 4.6 out of 10.. Bullshit...
But u can check Lumia 720 Rating.. 8.2 out of 10.. HD playback.. 720p recording..its 6.1 MP camera.. Galaxy core is only 5 MP.. And nokia hace great job in low light imaging.. Check on Youtube.. Lumia 720 has great batery.. 2000 MAH :).
Also nokia clearblack display is in it :)
512 RAM is enogh for this time.. Nokia should developing.... For some apps and games convrt into 512 RAM.. 95 % Apps can easily run in 512 RAM..

I sooooooo love this phone!!!! 3 days of no charging was such a threat!!!!!!!! I travel a lot and I sync my corporate email to make sure I do not miss out on important things.
The Lumia 720 is slim and it has a perfect fit in my hands.I have the yellow one and most of my co-managers was envious and 2 of them shifted to Lumia, one of them an 820 and one a 920.Smooth UI and plus the fact hat I have a 30 day trial to download music via Music Store!!! The best! I just hope I get the amber update very soon. Go Nokia!!!
Speaker is superb and since I do not use my phone as a toy, I store more music and HD movies....I have a 64GB SD card to keep all of those files.
Glad that I shifted back to Nokia, my last Nokia phone was an E52 and guess what, after 4 years it is still alive and kicking....I gave up my iPhone 4s and saw how my sisters Samsung S4 broke after 2 weeks of purchasing.....haha...now she has a Lumia 720 as well.
Sssssplosion! hahaha and iiiiiiiiidumb!
I therefore to conclude that WP8 is for smart and conservative people! haha
Be sure to buy your phone from an authorized nokia dealer. =)
