disadvantage
4ultrapixel camera is best in low light imaging means in night.. xcept that its a normal 4mp camra.. n images blurs

And HTC one is quad core 1.7 GHZ.. Xperia quad core 1.5 GHz.
Sony doesnt have btry backup..

Xperia z is 3rd nmbr..in prfrmnce.. And HTC one is 2nd...

wp8 512mb ram= droid more than 1gb ram..
dont wry about ram.. even
here 99.5% apps n games r supported by 512mb ram devices..
only problem is os is new n still in development..
1st u check n get more info about wp8 platform..
then buy
if u want android go for sony xperia sp.. Dnt go below 20k droid phones..
galaxy grand n xperia l also has problems..
totaly ur choice..
