theres a problem with live tiles that it shows the pic even if it's deleted...

To add pic in fb, Logon fb, press the camera icon at the bottom left of display, select Add then select the pic which you wanna upload, press send (the flying envelope icon), that's it

I have downloaded maps of my state( haryana and delhi).
But when i go offline and view those maps,the maps doesn't load properly to the full zoomed level.
also the satellite view is not clear only "map view" is clear.
is this usual or only happening with me only???
before downloading these maps I was expecting to see the full maps offline at full zoomed levels but it doesn't seemed like that.
What to do???
