guys , i use lumia 720 from many months.. but suddenly my camera has stopped working.. :( i tried formatting sd card , soft reset , hard reset , everything i could do , but the camera is not turning on.. it actually opens and closes within 2 sesonds... plz help

We at our firm use 6gb ram and i5 3rd gen processor with 64bit Windows 8.
Regarding design tool we use photoshop for all the icons and describing the layout of the app.
You need to have basics of c# and HTML5 to build an awesome app. You need to have a lot of study and interest build a great app as windows 8 is still in development process you need to on top of your toes to adapt to the changes to sdk.

There a lot of buzz around after the launch of camera SDK by Microsoft. A lot will be comming to windows store in next 2-3 months. Keep a close eye on that
