I have updated my phone to 8.1. But why there is no option for Mobile DATA On/Off in action+notification center?Is this default or Just happens to me?

Worst phone ever i used... if u ask for suggestion, my answer would be dont go for it.....
first of all heating issue 10min of game play or call make it too hot.(i can make an omlette on it)
second cam problem...
after cyan update it got strucked...

Hello all
There not a single error issue or a single glitch of program error in my lumia 720 with wp8.1 update
I did the update with NSR not via Wifi
Frankly telling now i Love lumia 99% and im satisfied with its update but need more improvements .
1% is left for the nokia music player which is a crap
Microsoft&Windows need to get us a prominent player like what they have for system(pc) like windows media player atleast so that we can enjoy both music and videos within same media player
Coming to bluetooth
why do we need to switch it on every time we send some file or music transfer it irritates a lot which need to be updated like
when we constatly press a file like document or music it must show a Share option with bluetooth as default for sharing via bluetooth and also multiple share via bluetooth is needed.
finally we cant expect all the changes at the same time so expecting for aftermath update from wp8.1

NSR = Nokia Software Recovery Tool
Both does the same thing
You can Update or downgrade your phone software using this without wifi its a software from NOKIA
You just need to install the latest Version of NSU or NSR in your system and plug ur phone using cable to pc and run the software , it will guide you in installation.
What it does is a clean installation of software update which is actually prescribed to get 100% software update experience because in wifi there is chance of file corruption and finally u end up with some error issues later on ...

Main technical requiremnt of a mobile is to have network signal.My nokia lumia 720 does not catch network signal in most places.I waited for windows phone 8.1 update for so long thinking the update would solve the problem,on the contrary the signal strength went to no signal in the places where i used to get 2 bars atleast....i wasted my money for this phone...I felt should put in my experience

There is some issue with Windows 8.1
1. Sometime showing error as "It is going something error restart required"
2. File app should be default with this update and it would be better look if there will be some change in icon(File App).
3. It will be better if folder wise songs play in Music player
4. Lock Screen BETA should be fast and bug fix

Hmmm...
The cyan update is about 1.5 GB,
Mobile downloads Two files during update...
To update the device you must have fast and strong Wi Fi, otherwise your time and data will be gone in dustbin.. I'd tried it in Nokia Care :-p
I updated my l720 with a high speed wi fi i.e. 40Mbps (Bits). It took nearly one hour to download and another one hour to install the update...
And don't forget to reset your lumia after that for a smoother and faster experience and also to avoid battery issue, reset won't delete your update.... :-)
