i bought a new lumia 720 and in 15 days it had a problem in screen where even without touching the screen, it starts functioning and continuously starts opening and closing the apps all on it's own. i took it to mobile store where from i bought the set, they refused to replace the device. i took it to Nokia care faridabad, they attended it but the problem persisted. they also refused to change/replace the device and now have taken the device for repair. in the first month if a 18k device has to be repaired, customers is left with the frustration of using the repaired and fixed device from the first month. after all i have not purchased a chinese phone. one deserves better policy from Nokia. i am thoroughly dissatisfied.

[deleted post]There are no hanging problem i have faced till now! i am using it as a music device and also i play game simultaneously. regarding vibre i am not sure you can check http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/store to see what apps are available for you. And regarding ringtones you can set as many ring tones to as many contacts as you wish. You can visit tips and help app to do that.

please help me. my lumia 720's screen isn't rotating.
I go to nokia center yesterday, and they said to me to cut the upper part of my screen protector 'coz its covering the cencor, so when I came home, I cut that plastic and remove for a while, then I tried to browse some picture and try if it's rotating,but nothing happend..
there's also no setting for that function.please help me!

I am always on wifi at home and on 3g in office or outside.its 5:02 PM next day 50% battery remaining. I have used phone for facebook for about half an hour temple run for almost 45 min. web browsing for 2-3 hrs. music listening for 1-2hr. and call for around 2-3 hrs.
