Problem resolved.thanks to nokia support service.just pressed down volume key and power key simultaneously and phone restarted.everything perfect now. Lumia rocks and samsung sucks which has longer que at its service centre than shops.

my 720 worked fine for a month but now i have a problem.yesterday my phone hanged and also no side 0buttons buttons was working and display has also gone after few minutes.initially when I dialled the no with another phone the ring was going but there was no incoming ring or display in L720. after reinserting the sim into my L720 and calling with another phone its now saying the no. is switched off i.e.Now there is no display, no side buttons are working even the power button, and when connected with charger there is no sign of charging but when connected with data cable the phone and sd card memory can be accessed in computer.anybody please resolve my problem.
