Day bef... morelumia 720 is awesome, smoth, cool, secure ,but it is seldom to have problem with a particular machine like battery , hanset, camera, restarting, or sth else. However it happens occasinally. (i bought lumia 720 for 1week) I also face some problems like this and now i took it to nokia care centre and they tell me to wait 3 or 2 weeks, i agree to wait cos i trust on Nokia Care n hope Nokia center will solve this problem for me as soon as posible. Stil be a fan 4Nokia.

guys i need your help/ please help me!
i m thinking of buying this phone as i liked it. but am a bit confused between it and xperia l (mainly due to wp8 being closed system)
also please clear the following doubts about lumia 720
1)is there any file explorer for wp8. and if not is there a need for it or its not essential on lumia 720
2)is it true that for reading pdf files we have to put them on internal memory of the phone or can we read pdf's stored on memory card as well
3)is opera (mini/full) available on it. how is IE10 on this phone
4)how is whatsapp on lumia 720. heard that its slow on lumia and is hanging
(till now i have been using symbian phones but all from nokia, thats why i need a nokia agian but a bit apprehensive about wp8)

Im a heavy user too many apps at one time... No hangs best thing about this phone..... And what's app is working awesome no delays at all in using Vodafone ... And also on wifi..

Hey guys i brought l720 couple of days ago and im telling you all honestly this phone is simply awesome don't buy androids in this phone's category.... Go for lumia 720 but while buying the phone please check your handset bcoz some handset's have problems ....enjoy

Dear friends,
My 40 days Lumia have a problem now. Day before yesterday i noticed that the backbutton in my lumia have a light leak. The light spread to the screen by 1 cm from the top of back button. We can see it easily by putting black background and stand at a dark room.
I went to Nokia priority to complain this. They tell me that they cant handle this problem. They suggest me Nokia care.
Then i went to nokia care. They tell me that its a hardware issue and they cant handle this. Windows 8 handsets will only serviced by the company itself. OKAY I Agree . Then they tell me that it will take upto 20 days. I can understand that sending this phone to Delhi will take this time.
Tomorrow i am going to send my phone to Delhi. I dont know what will happend. Any 720 facing this backlight leak??
* I faced many problems like hanging, restarting etc. But this hardware bug is for the first time. After all this, i cant hate my Lumia. I am sure Nokia will do the best. I Trust Nokia.

Shafiq, 09 Jun 2013The battery is non-removable. Is it a problem?I think there shudnt b any issi wth d battry, at last nokia made it aftr long expriment, and they are experienced, so fill free wth Lumia.
