It's 50% relies on 2G network variables such as number of users connetect at that point, backend saturation of bandwidth, etc.
Then 48% will desided on the content of the web page and does it have mobile version optimised for mobile phones, etc.
Then only 2% deside on type of phone you use.

nam , 27 May 2013dear nokialvr, i have recently been through this phase. hav... morethanks for the suggestion but I have made up my mind......I will definitely buy lumia 720... besides galaxy s2+ seems to be like s2 minus.....the original s2 was way better than s2+.......u better check gsm arena s2+ review

Hi every1 2day i purchased lumia 720 yellow color ,,,,believe me guys i compared with 8megapixel camera with other phones,,,but when am comparing with this 6mp camera,,,even thow 720 is better than other 8mp camera,,,,however this phone is awesome...especially yellow color...muuuuhhhh!!!

I want to buy a smartpho... moredear nokialvr, i have recently been through this phase. have always been a great fan and user of nokia. most recently i have used l620. it was terrible experience. kept on using my old e72. and finally now with a very heart have purchased samsung galaxy s2+. so farvery good in usage. i think instead of taking risk, asi did by buying l620, go for samsung s2+. Lumia needs some time to grow and develop a solid software

If there is no tile present, then you might not know which app got the notification. I pin mail accounts and messengers to start so that its easy for me to know which has received notifications
