I had been using the iPhone 5 for sometime and it was a nice change.
Adv
-Long Battery Life.
-Automatic Adjustment of Screen Brightness
-Email interface is much better in the WP8 Phones.
-Screen Ratio Better than the Iphone.
-Livetiles looks good for a change for someone who has been using the Same old iOS interface for ages....
Diadv
-Poor RAM
-Not much App Selection
-Availability of Accessories
I have a Black Matte Finish Phone and it looks good compared to the rest of the colors becoz i can choose any accent/theme colors and it would suit my phone.
For a normal user who does not go by the specs or ego and want to use one phone for daily use this is a must and the price is really good.Phone looks good and the Expandable memory is also a blessing.

Can somebody tell me how to turn off the auto lock button? Because everytime I handle the phone, I always accidentally touch the lock screen that makes the phone lock. It is really annoying. And also the camera shutter I always hit it everytime I grip the phone. I love the Lumia 720 only these issues bothers me. Please help. Thank you so much.

It happened to me also.
i discovered that apps like watsapp,nimbuzz need http internet connection not tcp/socket internet.
hence i changed my APN to http version of my service provider and now all r working. I use bsnl.

Well, a Nokia Official person told meh that it has actually 768 MB RAM, which is not declared. That made some sense of buyin' this 720. Or I was going for 520. I just invested a more 8k just for 3 things....
1. 0.3 inches more screensize.
2. 1.7 MP camera+ Flash
3. Front Cam.

i... moreJust try 1 thing..
go in settings-> backup..
backup ur contacts, apps, games, nd text massages..
after that factry reset ur phone.. Go settings> about>reset..
try this i thnk it wl fix duplicate file issue..
Note- make sure before factry reset backup ur txt msgs, contacts, apps nd all on cloud storage coz factory reset erase evrythng.. after restart phone take all backup frm cloud nd it automaticly install all conent.. Nd also format sd card using pc before inserting it into phone
