Another good news is that Blackberry CEO John Chen said that BBM for wp coming in july..
that means we ll get bbm anytime in next 10 days...

I also faced it twice and for me, safely dropping phone screen facing downwards on relatively hard surface works (like on book).
Keep music player on during drop and it should start sounding.

My nokia 720 is 6 months old all the while it was fine but suddenly yesterday i am not hearing the sound, i mean the ring tone,volume basically problem with ringing its gone on silent mode i have even updated the phone updates hopeing it will solve the issue pls help if any one knows how to get back the volume,sound its completly mute now.

it's a very good phone almost lumia phones are very good camera clarity especially 720, below 18000 best phone is lumia 720,625

This phone work smoothly,only problems faced is the some software limitation otherwise it's the number one phone in it's range.
