I have also tried to contact Mr. Gaurav and the number provided by ebay worked for me. I also have sent e-mails to him regarding my queries and that too get responded timely. And I don't think there is any alternative number,don't know why are you facing this problem.

The battery can be replaced but in a nokia care centre..the battery of this phone will last long same as the device you won't even think of changing

GSMARENA (for all mobiles/tabs whether Nokia or Samsung or any other) please add one more information on SPECIFICATION page under "STATUS" released/coming soon etc. pls mention the name of the countries where item has been released/coming soon/will not be released...
otherwise no one knows that this mobile will be launched in their country or not? This will be very helpful.

Can anyone tell me if the irremovable battery can be changed or not if battery has a problem? This is the main issue I am still not able to decide between lumia 620 & 720.
Also gorilla glass protection - seller said its just for minor scratches.

Hi why there is no facebook official app for windows phone 8. In microsoft published fb app we cant share posts. This is really bad, can anybody have idea that how to share fb posts in people hub or in Microsoft facebook app?

Can anyone tell me what is the importance of Gorilla glass? Seller here was saying its just for scratch and you won't need screen-guard. Is that the only case? or does it safeguard screen from breaking during fall?
Also I am skeptical about the irremovable battery, if anyone could help it would be great. I am unable to decide between L620 & L720.

Got the Lumia 720 in CYAN color this morning from NOKIA priority, HYDERABAD. Just one word to say looking at it "BEAUTY". What a sculpture to touch to look and handle. Perfectly designed as light as feather when caught.
